If we never self-reflect, the result is mindless and robotic living. "Going through the motions." My challenge for you: Try to move in a slightly better direction this week. And the next week. And the next. You may not notice the small amount of progress, but after a year, you'll look back amazed at how it has compounded into so much more. If you want the "simple life rest" planner I use for this, I send it to everyone who joins my newsletter. You can join with link in bio. It's a short document that helps you create your vision, anti-vision, weekly review, and prioritize daily tasks. If you want to stay for Saturday's newsletter, awesome. I'll talk to you then.".
